Lots of new art to post, when i get around to it! A little too engrossed with the 2012 London Olympics, did i just write that? yes, I just did, and I am! What on earth has happened to me? I'm watching just about everything (except football/soccer that is, you have to draw the line somewhere), i'm engrossed, it's official!
I've just been watching dainty horses prancing about followed by girls in leotards cavorting on  high beams??? Utterly amazing!!!

   Another ad for 'Spirou', this time for the Spring 2012 edition. In the final printed version new book releases will appear to be suspended on the flowery vine much to the delight of the green-fingered lady. Digital.

In the making of my short i approached the fabulously talented Aurore Damant to do some character posing, and here they are in all their splendid food gobbling glory. I am completely ashamed to say in the credit roll at the end of 'MM' you will not see Aurore's name mentioned, this is a fail on my part, on a COSMIC scale i hasten to add, so here it is now! Apologies Aurore. Better late than never!!! Aurore merci beaucoup pour ton talentueux travail, je te suis tres reconnaissant.

Magic Mushroom

   Here's the rough sketch and finished comic strip i did for  the quarterly supplement 'La Petite Gazette De L'Insolite: Fantaise' which appears in French comic 'Spirou'.

   This particular issue had a fantasy theme running through it, so i opted for a Red Riding Hood-esque girl out a picking mushrooms merrily in an enchanted wood setting and getting more than what she bargained for, but then you would wouldn't you, if you went mushroom picking a merrily in an enchanted wood?!

'Kid Cole & Klay' Post-It Doodles # 1 Sea Creature

   Here's some doodles i did for Pete Candeland's 'The Amazing Adventures Of Kid Cole & Klay' which is a homage to old 50's horror/sci-fi movies. The synopsis of the story is ...shipping lanes are being terrorized by some sea creature, particularly cargo ships carrying vast amounts of tinned baked beans. I went off on a tangent and doodled creatures in the vein of 'Creature from The Black Lagoon' which wasn't what Pete was after at all, he wanted a more gigantic octopussy type of monster.
